** The nominees for all positions must be current financial members of the Kapiti Branch of the NZ Society of Genealogists.
The positions of Convenor, Secretary and Treasurer must also be current financial members of the New Zealand Society of Genealogists.

Please consider standing for the Committee.

We are always interested in hearing from anyone willing to help keep the Branch running smoothly.

Download and complete a Nomination Slip, to send to the Secretary, or bring to the AGM on Tuesday the 26th Apr 2016.

Committee members must currently be a financial member of both Kapiti Branch and of our governing body, the New Zealand Society of Genealogists.

Notice of Motion:

That the subscription for the 2014/ 2015 year be raised to $25.00 with effect from this meeting.

* Nominations are called for a minimum of five Committee Members, including the positions of Convenor, and Treasurer.

Nominees, Nominators and Seconders must all be members of both the New Zealand Society of Genealogists and the Kapiti Branch.

Nomination forms are available from the Secretary or by downloading  this form.

While nominations will be received at the AGM, members are encouraged to submit these beforehand so that credentials can be checked.
