Bookings for registration and payment would be preferred before attendance by Saturday 22nd November.
That will give us time to organize nametags, seating etc.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience.
Food:
Tea, coffee, fruit juice and biscuits will be provided at each break. Disposable cups may be used. You may bring your own cup if you wish.
Bring your own lunch, or if preferred, local cafes are at Paraparaumu Beach, Mitre 10, Mega or Coastlands.
You may like to stay and have dinner, please let us know when booking and we will endeavour to book the required number of seats. (Everyone pays for themselves)
Volunteers needed – 2 for the kitchen morning and another 2 for the afternoon.
At the end of the day the chairs will need to be stacked and tables will need to be dismantled and the hall & kitchen will need to be cleaned before we leave.
Bring our laptop (optional) & Power lead and multi-box .
